Assistant Coach Carl Veart

Carl Veart is back with Adelaide United as an Assistant Coach, working closely alongside Gertjan Verbeek and Gerald Sibon and the rest of the coaching staff. Veart had spent the last few years with Football Federation South Australia where he was the NTC Head Coach, and also holds an AFC Pro License. He was previously an Assistant with Adelaide during the tenure of Aurelio Vidmar as well as an Assistant with Australia U-20. Veart's playing career spanned 19 years in both Australia and England with the likes of Adelaide City, Sheffield United, Millwall and Adelaide United. The striker boasts the rare accomplishment of scoring the Reds' first-ever goal in the National Soccer League (NSL) and bagging the maiden goal in the Hyundai A-League.
