Riley McGree

Riley McGree returned to the Reds in July 2019 and signed a three-year deal after an undisclosed fee was reached with Belgian side Club Brugge. McGree made his debut for his hometown Club in March 2016 and went on to experience a breakout campaign the following season which included a surprise call-up to the Socceroos. At the end of the season he moved to Brugge but his time in Europe was brief and returned to the Hyundai A-League with Newcastle Jets and Melbourne City. The 20-year-old indeed scored on his first game back in Red, against Melbourne Knights in a 5-2 FFA Cup Round of 32 victory.
