Troisi included in extended squad for Western United trip


Gertjan Verbeek has announced his extended squad ahead of Adelaide United’s inaugural clash against Western United on Sunday.

The Reds snapped a four-game losing streak with a 1-0 win over Melbourne Victory last time out and will be looking to build some momentum against the Hyundai A-League’s newest franchise.

James Troisi has been included in the preliminary squad after returning to training following a hamstring complaint which ruled him out for the last two weeks.
