Adelaide United’s pre-season preparation ahead of the Hyundai A-League 2015/16 season is to continue on Thursday night with the Reds to play local FFSA National Premier League side, Adelaide Comets.
Adelaide United will face local FFSA NPL club, Adelaide Comets, in a pre-season friendly on Thursday, 10 September at the South Australian Athletics Stadium.
The fixture comes less than two weeks out from the Reds’ Westfield FFA Cup quarter-final against Melbourne Victory and will serve as perfect preparation for the match, as well as United’s domestic campaign.
The last time the two sides met was a pre-season friendly prior to the start of last season, which saw a very youthful Reds side triumph over Comets 4-1 at the Adelaide Shores Football Centre.
Entry to the match will require a gold coin donation with kick-off at 8.00pm.
