A group of Year 6/7 students at Torrensville Primary School received some special visitors as part of Adelaide United-s new Stratco Community Program.

Jake Barker-Daish, Jon McKain and Cassio headed out to the school in Adelaide-s western suburbs to conduct a clinic and answer questions from a host of excited young Reds fans.

Torrensville Primary School student and football enthusiast Ross Harkotsikas was thrilled to be able to rub shoulders with some of his heroes as the visit came about from a school project each of the kids had to undertake.

“On behalf of room 12 and myself we want to thank the players for coming to our school and organising three different activities for our class,” Ross said.

“I chose to do this project because I am very passionate about soccer and I do this to enjoy myself. I also chose to do this project because I am a very crazy fan of Adelaide United, and the players have inspired me to play the best of my ability.”

The promotional appearance is one of many the club will do thanks to the recently announced Stratco Community Program.
