Tonight-s home game against the Wellington Phoenix will have an added element of significance with the Reds set to reach a unique milestone.

Adelaide United FC is poised to welcome its one millionth spectator through the gates for Hyundai A-League matches played in Adelaide.

In the 86 Hyundai A-League games the club has played in Adelaide to date, a total of 995,068 people have come through the gates. Thus, the 4932nd person to enter Hindmarsh Stadium tonight will become the one millionth spectator to attend a Reds game in Adelaide.

To celebrate this milestone, the one millionth supporter through the gates will receive an Adelaide United playing shirt personally signed by Coach John Kosmina and the 2011/12 playing squad.

Adelaide United FC would like to thank all of its supporters and everyone who has shown helped the club reach the one million mark. Three points against the Phoenix would be a fitting way to celebrate.

Tickets for tonight-s match are available through Ticketek.
