Adelaide United Women is delighted to announce the signing of Kahlia Hogg for the upcoming Westfield W-League 2018/19 season.
Hogg joins the Club on a one-year deal, boasting over 35 appearances in the Westfield W-League and reinforces the Reds’ midfield.
Hogg most recently spent last season with Western Sydney Wanderers, playing 11 games in 2017/18.
The 24-year-old began her career with Canberra United in 2009 and went on to score one goal in 24 matches over two campaigns for her hometown club. She also enjoyed a four-year college career in the United States with Florida State Seminoles and Colorado Buffaloes, in addition to a brief stint in the former USL W-League with Pali Blues.
Head Coach, Ivan Karlović, praised the arrival of Hogg, saying: “Kahlia has a strong footballing pedigree with experience of playing abroad in America as well as at W-League level and we’re excited to have her part of our team.
“She has many strong attributes and is a versatile player, not only capable of playing as a midfielder but also as a defender.
“The squad is coming together nicely and her addition is another important step towards a successful campaign in 2018/19.”
