Reds Rock the Red Centre

Marcos Flores, Eugene Galekovic & Dan Mullen stayed an extra day as they were unable to land in Uluru on the first attempt due to low cloud. They returned to Alice Springs where they conducted clinics for schools and the local community and also took in a bike training session to maintain their fitness during the visit.

The boys then took a 5 hour bus trip to get to Uluru and they kept their spirits high by knowing that their Indigenous fans from Docker River & Mutitjulu were still there, eagerly awaiting their arrival. Everyone was thrilled when the Reds finally reached Uluru and conducted the clinic finishing off with a high energy game. Once all the games & clinics were completed the Reds gave all the kids Adelaide United packs & each participant received a football so they can all continue to refine their skills.

Adelaide United would like to thank FICA & the FFA for their assistance in ensuring the visit to the Red Centre was successful and we look forward to visiting the region again and catching up with our fans.
