Adelaide United Women is pleased to announce that Grace Abbey has re-signed with the Club for the Westfield W-League 2018/19 season.
Abbey spent the off-season in the local Women’s National Premier League SA (WNPL) with Adelaide City and was named the player of the match in the Black and Whites’ Grand Final win at Coopers Stadium last month.
The defender, who also made the WNPL Team of the Year, has been with the Reds since the 2015/16 season, making 16 appearances.

Karlović was delighted to have Abbey in the squad for the upcoming season.
“Grace experienced an interrupted season last year but when fit we know how beneficial her defensive attributes can be to our team,” Karlović said.
“She has been involved in the W-League for a number of seasons now and she continues to mature both on and off the park.
“Grace enjoyed a strong season with Adelaide City during the winter months and we’re confident that form will continue heading into our new W-League campaign.”
