In complying with AFC regulations, the club-s football department has provided a 27-player squad ahead of today-s deadline, which includes six members of the Reds- Youth squad – Teeboy Kamara, Evan Kostopoulos, Alan Welsh, Jon Mavromatis, Jordan Elsey and Liam Wooding.
For the competition, each club must enlist a minimum of 18 and maximum of 30 players, which can comprise up to three foreigners.
While the club has submitted a preliminary squad, it is not the final list and is subject to change, as clubs can alter their AFC Champions League playing roster up to seven days prior to the their first game of the competition.
The Reds will open their 2012 AFC Champions League campaign on March 6 against Bunyodkor in Uzbekistan.
