Adelaide United is getting behind the movement to improve nutrition for children throughout Asia and Australia by reaching out to Hyundai A-League fans during their next home game 11 April against Brisbane Roar at Cooper Stadium.

Fans have the chance to make a donation to One Goal when purchasing their tickets through Ticketek, while the One Goal Australia: Our next steps video will be shown before the game and at half time.

Mini mascots dressed in One Goal jerseys will march onto the pitch stride for stride with their football heroes, while both Adelaide United and their opponents Brisbane Roar will stand united against malnutrition behind One Goal banners before kick-off.

“South Australia has a very passionate football community, and Adelaide United and their very own ‘Red Army’ are at the core of this,” says One Goal program lead Ben Wallis. “We’d like to thank them wholeheartedly for getting behind the cause, as their support means we are one step closer to uniting the football family to become champions for child nutrition.”

Steve Webster, a representative from One Goal partner World Vision will also be addressing the crowd at the match, introducing the partnership between Adelaide United and One Goal and letting fans know how they can also get involved.
