The Adelaide United Members Club Inc. (AUMC) is now the licensee of the Castle Tavern
The Adelaide United Members Club Inc. (AUMC) is now the licensee of the Castle Tavern at the Castle Shopping Centre, South Road, Edwardstown. The Club is now able to offer all members and AUFC supporters the full range of Hotel services:
· Sports Front Bar including Pool Table, Juke Box, TAB and keno
· Lounge Bar and Dining Room
· Gaming Room
· Celebrations Bottle Shop
The profits made by AUMC will be directed to AUFC junior football programs. As of October this year the members’ club will be launching coaching clinics across Adelaide. These will be funded through profits made at the Tavern. These are exciting times. As of next week there will be FoxSports in the Tavern to give all our fans the chance to watch football in a friendly environment when so many other Pubs are refusing to show games on Fox due to cost.
The Tavern is there to be successful to fund these fantastic programs and to give our fans and Club members a football friendly venue. We need your support and input.
This is a great move by the Members Club but it needs the support of our football community to deliver the services and results to build junior football. Ignore the Pokie Barons and support a true Club that is there for community benefit and plans to build football in our state.
