What is the crowd capacity at Coopers Stadium?

SA Health has increased capacity to 75% for our first home match of 2021.

With this capacity, SA Health has asked that members and supporters in attendance for this match adhere to social distancing guidelines, this includes:

All spectators attending must have an allocated seat. General Admission (GA) and Active Support Members must redeem a seat via Ticketek (at no additional cost). Platinum and Gold Members don’t need to redeem a ticket as they already have an allocated seat.

How do I Gain Entry into Coopers Stadium?

Gold and Platinum Reserved Seat members will be able to scan into Coopers Stadium using their Membership Cards as normal via Gate 4 or 6 only.

All GA, Active Support and Club Members will need to redeem an allocated seat via Ticketek. This is an SA Health directive, as mentioned above, to assist with contact tracing relating to COVID-19. Members have all been sent the relevant details via email.

Once you redeem a seat, you will gain entry to Coopers Stadium via the Gate listed on your ticket.

How do I redeem a Seat on Ticketek?

All eligible members will have received an email outlining how to redeem an allocated seat and can be redeemed via this link: https://premier.ticketek.com.au/shows/show.aspx?sh=AUFCHOME21

You will then be able to input your membership number, which is used as the password on the Ticketek website, and this will allow you to select a seat within the area matching your membership package.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to redeem tickets (link to guide).

Your membership number can be located on the back of your membership card, eCard or by logging into your membership account.

If you are missing your membership number or can’t find it, please contact our Member Services team on 1300 GO REDS (1300 467 337) or email membership@aufc.com.au.

If you want to be seated with friends and family, you can enter up to 10 eligible membership numbers per booking. If you enter multiple numbers, make sure you enter them in a list format with no additional characters.

How will my ticket be issued?

Redeemed tickets will be issued as a mobile Ezy Ticket which can be used digitally or, you can opt to print.

All GA and Active Members cards or eCards will not scan at the gate.

Gold and Reserved Members can scan their member cards or eCards as normal.

If you don’t have your membership card or eCard, please contact our Member Services team on 1300 GO REDS (1300 467 337) or email membership@aufc.com.au.

Will I be charged when I redeem my ticket?

For GA members who are redeeming an allocated seat, there will be no cost and Ticketek fees to do so. Members, will however, have the option to purchase additional tickets if they wish.
