We’re excited to have our Members behind us for our second home game of the season, and what is shaping to be a great match against Western Sydney.
Thanks to all the members that have been getting in touch, and on social media, for letting us know your membership packs have arrived.
For any members that have encountered any issues with their membership, here is some key information to help;
- If you purchased a membership on Friday 9th October (inclusive) onwards, you will receive an e-ticket today which you can print and scan at the turnstiles. Your membership packs will be sent out next week. Should you not receive an e-ticket or don’t have a printer please visit our staff in the Membership Marquee at the Manton St entrance
- In the rare instance that you have been supplied two identical membership cards please be aware that the barcode will only scan once. The membership team are currently working on sending you your additional Captain’s Club Membership card
- If your membership does not have a barcode, or your membership type is incorrect please visit our staff in the Membership Marquee at the Manton St entrance from 5:30pm.
