Important information regarding Adelaide United FC membership packs.

When will the Membership packs arrive?

All member packs have been posted, some have already arrived and the remainder will continue to arrive from Wednesday to Friday 9th October.

Whilst we realise words won’t make the post go any quicker, we are genuinely apologetic for the inconvenience and appreciate the hassle this has caused. It isn’t acceptable to our level of member servicing, and as such we are closely reviewing the distribution process in liaison with our suppliers.

The moment you do receive your pack, send us a photo of it via Facebook or Twitter, as we would like to stop inundating our supplier with frustrated emails and calls.

Why the delay?

The member packs were originally expected to arrive at the end of September, this is standard procedure. However with the transition to a new membership system we experienced unexpected delays which impacted on the printing and distribution of these packs. After our discussions with suppliers, we were then advised of additional delays, hence why our communication of expected delivery was inaccurate over the last fortnight. Due to the sheer volume of packs, regardless of when they are ordered, they are produced in bulk as close to season commencement so they can go to as many members at once in one delivery. We are currently reviewing the distribution process in liaison with our suppliers.

What if I haven’t received my pack by Friday?

All members will be issued an e-ticket to gain access to Adelaide Oval via email by midday Thursday. You don’t need to notify the club in order to receive the e-ticket. Those who don’t have email can collect their ticket from the Membership marquee at Adelaide Oval Southern Plaza from 5pm until shortly after kick off on Friday, 9 October.

If I signed up as of Monday, 5 October what will happen?

If you have signed up as a member between Monday, 5 October, and today, Wednesday, 7 October, as is standard protocol, you will be sent an e-ticket via email, which will need to be printed and brought to the game at Adelaide Oval.

Thank you for your patience

We’ve received a number of calls from fans with questions, and we appreciate the understanding and patience that we’ve been afforded by many of you. We encourage you to Tweet us and post on Facebook and Instagram simply with just the hashtag #ForeverUnited, as we would like to reward one lucky member with a signed FFA Cup jersey. This will be announced on Monday, 12 October.
