Adelaide United can confirm the signing of Isabel Hodgson for the remainder of the Westfield W-League 2018/19 season.
Hodgson joins the Reds from the United States, having just completed her season with East Tennessee State University (ETSU) Buccaneers. She is also still in the process of completing her college career with ETSU.
The 22-year-old winger played for the Reds between 2013 and 2016, playing 15 matches, after moving from local Women’s National Premier League side, Fulham United.
Head Coach, Ivan Karlović, said the addition of Hodgson bolsters the depth within the squad.
“Isabel has played at a good level in America and provides the team with another attacking option,” he said.
“She has previously had experience playing in the W-League and I’m confident she’ll be able to make a seamless transition.
“We’ve started the W-League season well, but now we want to continue with the momentum that we have and continue pushing for positive results.”
