Adelaide United FC will host its Week 1 Elimination Final on Sunday 7 April 2013 at Hindmarsh Stadium after Football Federation Australia (FFA) announced the match details for the Hyundai A-League 2013 Final Series.
Regardless whether the Reds finish third or fourth at the end of the regular season, their home final will be held on April 7 at 4.30pm, with Melbourne Victory to host the other Elimination Final on Friday night (April 5) at Etihad Stadium.
Adelaide United FC members will be able to purchase tickets for the Elimination Final in a special pre-sale period from 9am Monday 25 March until 5pm Tuesday 26 March. Football Family members will then be able to take advantage of a pre-sale period before tickets go on sale to the general public at 9am on March 28.
Despite there being still two minor rounds remaining, the early confirmation of the finals dates is made possible by the fact that Adelaide United and Melbourne Victory have already secured home games in the Week 1 Elimination Finals.
The Reds- opponents will not be decided until the conclusion of the final round of the season, which will be held across the Easter weekend. The Reds currently sit in fourth place on the ladder, a point behind Melbourne Victory in third and nine points ahead of fifth placed Sydney FC.
