After a lengthy injury layoff, dynamic winger Fabio Ferreira is back and looking foward to helping the Reds in their march towards the finals.
Ferreira’s impressive start to his first Hyundai A-League season was grounded by a groin problem late last year, the 23 year old battling early symptoms of osteitis pubis.
Now, after nine weeks of rehabilitation and recovery, Ferreira is back and ready and eager to help the Reds however he can.
Ferreira made an eight minute cameo off the bench on Monday night in the win over Melbourne Heart and providing he stays injury free, he is sure to be a useful weapon to have up Coach Michael Valkanis’ sleeve for the remaining three minor round games and the finals.
