Elimination Final Ticketing Information

Adelaide United Members will have the option to purchase your same membership seat for our Elimination Final in the exclusive member on sale period. Plus, can purchase additional tickets (up to 4 per membership) in the exclusive member on sale (Mon 25 – Tue 26 March). Members can also purchase more tickets within the Football Family on sale period (Wed 27 March).

TICKET PRICES
Gold Reserve – Adult $40, Concession/Child* $20, Family $99
Red General – Adult $30, Concession/Child* $15, Family $75

*Concession includes Pensioner – Aged, TPI (valid ID cards) including seniors cards. Student – Full time secondary and tertiary students (valid ID required). Child – Children 4 – 16 years inclusive (children 3 years and under will be admitted free but no seat provided).
Family ticket is 2 Adults and 2 Children

How do you purchase tickets?
Tickets for Adelaide United matches at Hindmarsh Stadium can be purchased via the following ways:

To purchase your seat Members will be required to provide your Adelaide United pax card number with the prefix ADU. The pax card number is the 6 digit number that appears on the reverse of your member card above the barcode. If booking via the web you will be required to enter your pax card number with the prefix ADU into the password field of the relevant website. If booking via the phone please provide your pax card number with the prefix ADU to the operator. To purchase via ticketing outlets you will be required to present your membership card.

Members can purchase tickets on behalf of other members by entering or quoting multiple pax card numbers at the time of booking. Please note if you are booking for a group and wanting to sit together in your same seats please ensure all pax card numbers are from consecutive seats. You will need to enter one pax card number for each seat you wish to purchase. Therefore, to purchase a family ticket you will need to enter four (4) consecutively seated pax card numbers.

Please ensure you enter the prefix ADU in front of your paxcard number.
If booking your same seat you will initially receive a receipt for your ticket purchase. You will then receive an ezyTicket (print at home ticket) via email from Ticketek within 48 hours of your purchase. Please ensure you provide Ticketek with your email address if booking via phone or at an outlet. Alternatively, you can select the venue collect option.
Unsold member seats will be released for the Football Family on sale.

General Admission members, non ticketed members and members not wishing to purchase their same seat will have the option of purchasing tickets (up to 4 per membership) on a next best available basis during the exclusive member on sale and will receive their tickets immediately regardless of the method of booking.
Non ticketed members your password is your membership number with the prefix ADU.

Members booking their same seat then also have the option to purchase additional seats on a next best available basis (up to 4 per membership). Please note these additional seats will not be next to your membership seats and must be bought in a separate transaction.

There is no ticket limit during the Football Family on sale.
