Adelaide United FC is delighted to announce its latest corporate partnership.
With sales of over €26 billion euros in 2010, Continental AG is one of the world-s leading automotive suppliers and tyre manufacturers.
Continental is renowned for its major involvement with global football as official sponsor of the UEFA Champions League from 1995-2000, UEFA EURO 2008 and the 2006, 2010 and 2014 FIFA World Cups.
Adelaide United Business Development Executive Nick Barbato believes Continental-s commitment to the club for the upcoming season and acquiring an international brand of Continental-s stature and reputation reinforces the continuing growth and interest in the Reds and Australian football.
“Continental is undoubtedly one of the premier global brands in its industry,” Barbato said.
“Its major support of global football is humbling and we are delighted to have the company on board as a new partner.”

The support of Continental just over a month out from the start of the season is a significant coup as the Reds strive to build on their valuable list of partners through its corporate strategy.

Continental-s first Adelaide retail store at 2 Jones Street in Nailsworth officially opens on Saturday 27 August 2011.
